Lincoln Aging Partners, an Area Agency on Aging serving eight counties in Nebraska, needed a better way to capture services, events, and activities across its urban and rural senior centers. The organization was looking for a scalable senior center management solution that could handle growing demand, improve reporting, and reduce the burden of manual paper-based tracking. MJM Innovations’ SENIORSTAT™ senior center management software and card technology fit those needs.

MJM Innovations implemented SENIORSTAT™, a web-based system that lets clients swipe a card at any center, select activities, and have staff review and export daily counts directly to the agency database. The solution eliminated paper rosters, reduced manual data entry, and gave Lincoln Aging Partners access to centralized reporting across 20 senior centers. As a result, the agency saved hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars, improved service to more than 5,000 clients, and significantly increased data quality.
