East Baton Rouge Council on Aging - Customer Case Study

East Baton Rouge Council on Aging (EBRCOA) needed a way to automate the capture and tracking of senior meals, activities, events, and reporting for its 15 senior centers and in-home care services. MJM Innovations provided its SeniorStat solution to support participant and administrative workflows across the organization.

MJM Innovations implemented the web-based SeniorStat software along with touch screen computers, tablets, and magnetic swipe and QR code cards to manage reservations, events, assessments, rosters, meals, and service reporting. As a result, EBRCOA staff now use SeniorStat to manage daily operations, track meals and activities, complete assessments, and report relevant data, while MJM Innovations continues to provide implementation, support, card production, and training.
