Mixer Design Group partnered with TMGcore to create a unified user interface and experience for their systems' software. The challenge was to design a cohesive look and feel that would function seamlessly across the machine's onboard touchscreens as well as on remote desktops and mobile devices, allowing for global oversight and control.

The solution implemented by Mixer Design Group included the OTTO Dashboard, which provides global system-level monitoring and control for sites with multiple machines. This allows administrators to monitor performance, receive alerts, and intervene manually from anywhere in the world. The result is an intuitive human-machine interface with real-time data feedback and live video monitoring, giving remote operators confidence that the complex systems are functioning correctly.
