Case Study: Triunfo Concebra achieves 8% fuel reduction, 16% lower maintenance and 80% fewer accidents with MiX Telematics

Triunfo Concebra and MiX Telematics join forces to strengthen fleet productivity

Triunfo Concebra, one of Brazil’s largest highway concession holders operating across 1,176.5 km and roughly 290–300 vehicles, needed to cut fleet management costs, reduce fuel use and emissions, improve safety and comply with regulatory demands. To meet these challenges it partnered with MiX Telematics and subscribed to MiX Fleet Manager Premium to gain real‑time visibility and control over vehicles and driver behaviour.

MiX Telematics implemented a telematics monitoring system to track vehicles, monitor speeding, harsh braking, idling, fuel use and odometer readings, and to optimize routing and maintenance scheduling. As a result Triunfo Concebra achieved measurable gains: an 8% reduction in fuel consumption for operational vehicles (5.58% for light fleets), ~44,000 litres diesel saved at idling, ~7,500 litres saved in the utility fleet in three months, a 16% cut in maintenance requirements and an 80% reduction in road accidents, along with improved response times, transparency and route control.
