DTLO (Damman Transport Logistique et Organisations) is a family-owned Belgian transport and distribution company operating around 80 vans and delivering thousands of parcels and pallets daily. After growth and a takeover exposed a high accident rate, rising insurance costs, late deliveries and 20–30 monthly customer complaints, DTLO engaged MiX Telematics (via distributor Rauwers) and selected MiX Telematics’ MiX Vision and MiX 4000 solutions to improve safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

MiX Telematics deployed MiX Vision dual-facing cameras and MiX 4000 onboard computers, delivered bespoke reporting and training, and supported targeted driver coaching. The implementation produced immediate, measurable results: a 96% reduction in accidents (from 50 in 2016 to 2 in 2018) and a 100% reduction in customer complaints (from 20–30/month to 0), giving DTLO far greater operational control and improved driver safety; MiX Telematics continues to support further enhancements.
