CNH Industrial grows service levels and revenue opportunities thanks to MiX Telematics solutions

Northmec, a South African distributor of CASE IH agricultural equipment (part of CNH Industrial), needed better visibility and control across its nationwide dealer network to manage assets, monitor service and maintenance, track stock and protect warranties for a 1,100-vehicle fleet. To address these challenges Northmec engaged MiX Telematics and implemented the premium MiX Fleet Manager solution in February 2019.

MiX Telematics, delivered via channel partner Tectra Telematics, installed a tailor-made agri telematics system and provided a dedicated administrator at Northmec. The MiX Fleet Manager platform gives real-time tracking and hour‑meter readings, automated service notifications and parts pre-ordering, enabling proactive servicing, warranty compliance, reduced technician travel, faster turnarounds, earlier invoicing and improved cash flow — measurable improvements that increased service levels, reduced downtime and boosted operational efficiency for Northmec.
