DryCASE - Customer Case Study

DryCASE, a direct‑to‑consumer maker of vacuum‑sealed waterproof phone and electronics cases that grew out of medical‑device firm Dry Corp, relied on Volusion for e-commerce and worked with agency TGK. That setup created a clunky, multi‑click checkout and inconsistent site experience, split hosting that complicated maintenance and backups, and fragmented analytics that obscured customer behavior.

In 2014 TGK rebuilt the site as a single‑domain solution using Miva for commerce and WordPress for content, restoring unified branding, a streamlined branded checkout, and simpler day‑to‑day management. The relaunch delivered a mobile‑responsive site with easier content updates and backups, clearer analytics, improved engagement and conversions, stronger vendor support, and a scalable platform for future growth.
