STSI d.o.o., an Integrated Technical Services company in Zagreb serving the Croatian oil, gas and petroleum sector, faced an aging datacenter and needed a SCADA/HMI solution to monitor and control power, HVAC, UPS, security and PLCs across its facility. To modernize operations, STSI d.o.o. selected Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions’ GENESIS32 HMI/SCADA suite with WebHMI, AlarmWorX32 and ScriptWorX.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions integrated GENESIS32 with Schneider Electric PLCs and gateways, Veris branch monitors, Schneider ION power meters and Eaton UPS systems (via SNMP) using a Matrikon OPC link; AlarmWorX enforces alarms for events such as voltage deviations over 10%, high current, AC failures, temperature/humidity excursions, water under raised floor and security breaches, while ScriptWorX can trigger emergency shutdowns. The solution delivered real-time supervision and centralized control, improved maintenance visibility (per-branch current and device alarms), and overall operator satisfaction with datacenter monitoring and alarm management.
