Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL), owner of the 25,000 m² BIOME building in Paris, needed a building management solution to unify control and monitoring of HVAC, lighting, plumbing/electrical meters, blinds, occupant detection and comfort systems while providing real-time operational metrics. SFL engaged system integrator CR System and selected Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions’ GENESIS64 web-based HMI/SCADA suite to meet those requirements.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions’ GENESIS64 was deployed to centralize all system data and integrate BACnet IP field equipment, DALI lighting, radiant panels, meters and comfort controls across the BIOME. The solution gave the operations team dynamic, real-time visibility and control of the entire building, improving operational intelligence, enabling centralized monitoring of the 25,000 m² asset and delivering measurable gains in energy efficiency; SFL will continue using GENESIS64 and may expand ICONICS products.
