Société Foncière Lyonnaise centralizes control of 25,000 m² with Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions

Société Foncière Lyonnaise, the oldest real estate company in France, needed a way to modernize and centrally manage the BIOME building in Paris after a full redesign. The challenge was to integrate diverse building systems such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, blinds, radiant panels, and occupancy controls through BACnet IP while improving tenant comfort and operational efficiency across the 25,000 m² property. Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions provided the GENESIS64 web-based HMI/SCADA suite to support the project.

Using Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions’ GENESIS64, implemented by system integrator CR System, the BIOME building gained centralized monitoring and control of all major systems from a single interface. The solution delivered real-time visibility, better energy optimization, enhanced comfort control, and more efficient operations for the facility. Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions enabled SFL to improve decision-making and building performance while creating a scalable platform for future properties.
