Signature S.A., the European leader in road signage based in Agnetz, France, needed to automate its paint plant’s batch processes while ensuring ISA‑88 compliance, traceability and robust reporting. Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions was engaged to supply ICONICS GENESIS32 HMI/SCADA and related components — including GraphWorX32, AlarmWorX32, BatchWorX™ Lite, ReportWorX (BizViz), and WebHMI — to integrate with mixed PLCs (Schneider and Siemens) and the company’s MSDE database.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions implemented GENESIS32 and BatchWorX to automate production recipes, connected disparate PLCs, deployed AlarmWorX32 for traceability and WebHMI for remote operator access, and used ReportWorX to generate daily alarms/events, order‑level production reports and weekly raw‑material consumption reports. The solution met the planned timeline, delivered real‑time traceability and in‑depth reporting, and created a scalable, open system that enabled tighter production control and positioned SIGNATURE S.A. to expand ICONICS integrations plant‑wide.
