Leciva a.s. Pharmaceutical, the largest Czech pharmaceutical company, needed a secure, fully auditable production management system to meet strict GMP documentation and traceability requirements. They selected Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions’ GENESIS32 software suite (including GraphWorX32, TrendWorX32 and ScriptWorX32) to provide the HMI, data-logging and audit capabilities required across their Prague production operations.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions’ GENESIS32 system, configured on site by systems integrator SIDAT CZ and interfaced to a Siemens S7-400 PLC/Simatic OPC server, delivers GraphWorX HMI screens, Excel-based data storage, audit trails, operational sequence checking and alarm/event history. The deployment monitors over 1,000 digital and analog tags and runs more than 100 VBA scripts concurrently, producing automated reports and significantly increasing the completeness of documentation and overall quality assurance to support Leciva’s GMP compliance.
