Dynastar, a division of the Rossignol Group based in Sallanches, France that produces over 300,000 skis annually, needed to modernize automation across its 28,000 m² plant to reduce energy use, rationalize equipment scheduling, provide real‑time availability and failure warnings, and integrate TREND, Honeywell and hundreds of other tags. To meet those challenges Dynastar selected Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions and deployed ICONICS GENESIS64 HMI/SCADA along with AlarmWorX64, WebHMI, BridgeWorX and ReportWorX for a unified, web‑based supervisory interface.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions implemented the GENESIS64 suite (including TrendWorX64/GraphWorX64) to connect disparate devices via OPC/BACnet, provide remote access for systems partner LANSARD, and deliver scheduling, role‑based access, dashboards and real‑time reporting. The ICONICS solution improved production planning and maintenance response, handled large data volumes to build an energy profile, achieved ROI within four months and reduced annual energy consumption by nearly 11%.
