Daubert Chemical, a Chicago-based leader in corrosion prevention and specialty coatings, needed better operational visibility, alarm management, and data collection to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Working with system integrators that introduced ICONICS, Daubert implemented the Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions suite — including GENESIS64, Hyper Historian, WebHMI and related modules — to pilot automation and scalable process monitoring across its plant.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions deployed a modular SCADA/HMI and historian solution that started small and scaled as needs grew, integrating new equipment and delivering plant-wide visibility and alarming. The project delivered measurable results: unsolved problems were reduced by 75%, tag counts expanded from 75 to 5,000, and Daubert now runs with one server and 44 WebHMI client licenses, yielding faster root-cause analysis, fewer process incidents, improved product quality, and greater operational efficiency.
