CIAT Group, a longtime French maker of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment based in Culoz, needed to modernize its building controls to improve energy efficiency, air quality and centralized operations. After a three‑month pilot they chose Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions, deploying ICONICS software including GENESIS64™, ScheduleWorX™, BridgeWorX™, WebHMI™ and OPC Server together with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 to move to a scalable 64‑bit monitoring platform.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions rolled out the solution across seven buildings (92,000 m²), centralizing Culoz servers, enabling remote Ethernet access, web reporting and scheduled device control, and integrating diverse equipment via OPC (including MobiCall). The one‑year deployment modernized CIAT Group’s operations into a single server with 500 tags, met their sustainability and energy‑optimization goals, proved easy to configure and operate, and set the stage for further Energy AnalytiX® expansion.
