Brézillon, an affiliate of Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France based in Margny-lès-Compiègne, needed to design and operate a Grenelle de l’environnement–compatible building that reduced energy costs and automatically monitored and regulated HVAC, solar controls, CO2, window status and other systems. To meet requirements for wide protocol integration and large-scale data collection (more than 2,400 checkpoints and 102 electrical meters), Brézillon selected Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions and deployed ICONICS’ GENESIS64 HMI/SCADA suite along with AlarmWorX64, WebHMI and ReportWorX.

Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions implemented GENESIS64 integrated with BACnet, Modbus, OPC and SAIA controls, providing thin‑client WebHMI panels for occupant temperature control and system-wide alarm notification and reporting. The solution now handles over 4,000 data points, supports automated monitoring of 2,400+ checkpoints and 102 meters, and ties into high‑yield equipment (78% energy recovery via the rotary CTA turbofan), improving occupant comfort, diagnostics and scalability. These capabilities enabled centralized energy-performance control and set the stage for measurable reductions in energy use and greenhouse gas emissions.
