A MITS Case Study
Trumbull Solution, a wholesale distributor serving contractors, plumbers, industrial manufacturers, mechanical contractors, municipalities, and utilities, wanted a way to show customers the value it delivered. About a year and a half ago, it turned to MITS to create a customer-facing dashboard for key integrated supply customers.
Using MITS, Trumbull built a dashboard that pulls metrics from its ERP system, including activity by lines and dollars invoiced, savings, spend by department, requestor activity, and top suppliers, manufacturers, and account codes. Customers can review the information at a glance and drill into details through the MITS web-based reporting interface. According to Trumbull, the dashboard demonstrates value to customers on a daily basis and helps support both new and existing business.
