Revere Electric Supply Co., together with its subsidiaries Holt Electric and Complete Industrial and Electric, distributes electrical and electro-pneumatic products and motor repair services through seven locations in Illinois and Wisconsin. To support its 2006 “MVP Vendor” program and give managers faster access to information in its Activant Eclipse ERP system, the company needed a better way to analyze data than standard queries and reports could provide.

Revere Electric Supply Co. selected MITS Discover for reporting and analysis, including the Sales Analysis and Inventory analysis applications. The company built more than 125 flash screens and a Customer Scorecard that lets users drill from summary views into details, and MITS says the result has been major time savings: analyses that used to take two or three hours now finish in five minutes.
