ROHL LLC, a worldwide supplier of high-end kitchen and bath faucets and fixtures, needed a better way to measure performance and report budgets. Using Eclipse as its ERP system and relying on spreadsheets for sales and budget data, the company could only update information about once a month and could not easily compare sales against plan by sales rep, month, or product line. MITS Discover was brought in to address those reporting limits.
With MITS Discover, ROHL implemented a dashboard plus custom Sales Analysis, Purchasing Analysis, and Open Purchase Analysis Hypercubes for its Eclipse data. The system let employees access reports in minutes instead of spending a full day building and printing spreadsheets, and executives could review dashboard metrics daily from anywhere. ROHL said the goal was to track against plan and measure more accurately, and MITS helped solve both issues.
