Field Controls, a manufacturer of draft controls and related products, needed to replace its legacy B.I. platform, Analytics, after users found it difficult to use, slow to generate reports, and limited in usefulness. The company also learned that Analytics was being discontinued for upgrade support, so it began looking for a new B.I. and reporting solution that could support Infor.XA and be easier for employees to use.

Field Controls said the cost of switching was less than staying with Analytics, and that MITS now gives decision makers real-time data that helps them evaluate performance and act quickly.
