ISCO Industries Keeps Pipeline Full With MITS Discover Business Intelligence

ISCO Industries, one of the largest suppliers of HDPE pipe and related services in the United States, needed a faster way for its sales force to access customer and order information after moving to Activant Prelude. Its about 80 inside and outside reps needed broad and deep access to sales data, but the ERP system was too time-consuming for routine lookups and did not meet the company’s security and usability requirements.

ISCO chose MITS Discover Business Intelligence to give each rep secure access to sales, order, customer, open orders, open quotes and accounts receivable data without exposing information for other reps. MITS also provided MitsMaker and training support, and ISCO reported that most users needed less than half of a 30-minute training session, with some taking only 10 minutes. The rollout expanded quickly, support requests stayed low, and the company said the sales team could get the information they needed without coming into Prelude, saving time for IT.
