Infor SX.e Distributor sees sales gains with MITS

Central Turf & Irrigation Supply, an Infor SX.e distributor with over 200 employees in 36 stores across 14 states and additional locations in Canada, was looking for an upgrade to its reporting and analytics platform. As the company expanded into new markets, its sales team needed deeper insight into customers and suppliers, and IT needed a faster, easier path from report request to report generation.

MITS provided interactive reporting and business intelligence software for CTIS, including custom reports, dashboards, scorecards, and a custom Hypercube for quarterly financial income statements by store. The implementation moved quickly, and CTIS said the software paid for itself within 3 months. It also reduced Holly Horner’s reporting workload from around 50 reports a month to none, while helping managers identify underperforming inventory sooner and secure better pricing terms on fast-selling items.
