FlexPAC, an Indianapolis-based packaging and facilities solutions provider founded in 1985, wanted a simpler way for non-technical staff to access performance information from its DDI Inform ERP system. With outsourced IT and limited in-house report writing resources, the company found the built-in reporting tool too complicated for its users.

FlexPAC implemented MITS to give authorized users point-and-click access to data with self-service drill-down capabilities.
