With MITS, Midwest Packaging Solution uses standard reports with current numbers, a vendor scorecard, and Texas A&M Customer Profitability Model reporting to guide sales and delivery decisions. The company identified too many deliveries per order in some cases, changed delivery behavior, and improved commissionable margin for sales reps, while also using MITS to show vendors when orders were not on-time or were split into multiple shipments.
