Darcoid Nor-Cal Seal, a growing distributor serving life sciences, semiconductor, automotive, fluid power, and other markets, was looking for better ways to use data to support growth. The company wanted to improve reporting, identify the difference between “lost” and “declining” customers, clean up data in its EPICOR P21 ERP system, and tie daily transactional work to broader business goals.
Using MITS reporting and analytics, Darcoid Nor-Cal Seal began adding headcount and budget detail into its KPI work, focused data-cleansing efforts on product groups and product classifications, and used MITS in customer reviews and scorecards for sales conversations.
