NCH Marketing is the UK’s largest couponing and marketing services company, handling around 340 million coupons and vouchers a year and employing roughly 500 people. Facing outdated, inflexible HR, rostering and payroll systems, the company sought a more modern, user-friendly solution to boost productivity and improve support for employees.

NCH implemented Mitrefinch TMS and later added the HR Manager and Elexipay Payroll packages. Staff adopted the systems quickly, managers gained instant access to essential information (including a useful diary function), and bringing payroll in‑house cut maintenance costs, reduced duplication and improved efficiency—making it easier to manage staff and resolve pay issues. The firm is now exploring further improvements such as an intranet for online leave booking.
