The Forestry Commission’s Aberystwyth office partnered with Mitrefinch to tackle problems caused by a largely part-time workforce and a paper-based tracking system. Supervisors struggled to monitor staff movements, control administrative costs, and accurately appraise workers, so the site needed an IT-based solution for real-time employee data and improved safety oversight.
