The Ohio State Bar Association, which represents nearly 65% of Ohio attorneys and over 31,000 members, needed a way to deliver a new technology product in 2011 to reduce manual form entry and cut user errors. To address this challenge they worked with Mitratech HotDocs, using HotDocs document automation to streamline document creation for their membership.

Using Mitratech HotDocs, OSBA built OhioDocs—a library of automated templates accessible to all 31,000 members for family law, probate, real estate, general practice and Secretary of State business forms. The Mitratech HotDocs solution increased productivity, lowered costs, minimized errors, improved document consistency and helped members better serve their clients.
