J&T Banka finds huge cost savings & time savings with HotDocs

J&T Banka, a private bank headquartered in Prague with operations across the Czech and Slovak Republics, faced a heavy manual document‑creation burden: repeated data entry, error‑prone contracts, inconsistent branding and slow customer onboarding. To address this, J&T Banka engaged Mitratech HotDocs and adopted the HotDocs Server document‑automation solution to replace ad hoc Word templates and standardize document production.

Mitratech HotDocs implemented a Service‑Oriented Architecture integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, created standardized multilingual templates, added barcode tracking and used HotDocs Hub for version control, eliminating repeat data entry and improving security. The result was a greater than 50% reduction in time to produce lending documents, faster customer onboarding, consistently formatted and legally accurate paperwork, and measurable cost savings through time savings.
