Ceridian Centrefile, part of Ceridian Corporation and a UK market leader for employer services, processes more than 300 contracts per month produced by a 45‑person national sales force. Contracts ranged from £1,000 to over £1 million, contained 500+ variables and ran up to 30 pages, and sales staff were frequently using out‑of‑date or incorrect forms. To solve contract control, risk and efficiency issues they engaged Mitratech HotDocs and deployed the HotDocs document automation/interview solution.

Mitratech HotDocs delivered template‑based document automation with an intelligent “interview” that standardized forms, removed user error and made legal changes self‑explanatory.
