Misys implemented a single online platform that automated trade workflows, gave corporate clients and suppliers real-time visibility and control, and combined open account and traditional trade finance in one place. The result was a rapid rollout from proof of concept to live customer use, faster and more transparent supplier financing, simpler auditing, fewer manual errors, and a clear competitive advantage for Crédit Agricole CIB, with the solution now expanding across its global network.
