Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) needed to replace time-consuming, manual back-office processes and disconnected applications that limited efficiency and made trade processing error-prone. The bank turned to Misys and its FusionCapital Kondor back-office module to improve consistency, transparency, and control across derivatives trading and other financial instruments.

Misys implemented a fully integrated front-to-back solution with real-time interfaces to BCV’s banking systems, enabling straight-through processing, automated validations, and consolidated trade information in one system. The result was a much smoother implementation, fewer manual searches and interventions, and higher productivity for users, with BCV also able to extend the platform more easily to new instrument types.
