CMA CGM empowers its workforce with Mistral AI

CMA CGM is a global player in sea, land, air and logistics solutions, employing more than 155,000 men and women in over 160 countries. The Mistral models are now powering MAIA, CMA CGM’s internal personal assistant, which can chat about documents, perform translation and summarization, and integrate “expert chatbots” (RAG). The high accuracy scores of the Mistral models have led CMA CGM to choose Mistral as its generative model of choice. MAIA has already been deployed to thousands of CMA CGM employees, and its usage is set to be expanded to all employees in the long term.
