ThoughtWorks, a global technology consultancy with 40 offices and 5,000+ employees, needed a scalable, cost‑effective wireless platform to support a Wi‑Fi‑first workplace, simplify painful guest network management (previously spread across 86 Cisco controllers and requiring 20 man‑hours per change), and reliably handle heavy video usage (about 45,000 calls daily). To meet these goals they selected Mist AI’s Mist Learning WLAN (including Mist Wi‑Fi Assurance and Marvis services).

Mist AI deployed 500+ Mist AP41/AP61 access points and the Mist Wi‑Fi Assurance and Marvis services; AI‑driven RRM, Service Level Expectations and open APIs automated RF optimization, monitoring and site rollouts.
