With Missive, Pipedrive set up shared inboxes for marketing and technical developer conversations, used internal chat to discuss replies in context, reassigned emails between team members, and organized work with shared labels. Missive’s Pipedrive integration also connected conversations to their internal project and data management workflow, creating a seamless setup that improved collaboration and efficiency, with the team reporting more and better cooperation after implementation.
