VBO Tickets Improves AWS Cloud Performance

VBO Tickets, an event ticketing software company, needed to improve AWS cloud performance and scalability as rapid growth and traffic spikes strained its existing environment. To address these challenges, VBO Tickets turned to Mission for AWS cloud consulting and re-architecture support, including database and deployment modernization.

Mission moved the ticketing database to Amazon RDS for Microsoft SQL Server, added load-balanced web servers, and introduced Jenkins, PowerShell automation, Git, and blue-green deployment processes to streamline releases. Mission also provided ongoing cloud maintenance, monitoring, and infrastructure governance, helping VBO Tickets stabilize operations, scale more easily, and support its growth of selling approximately 2.5 million tickets per year.
