Mango, the fashion retailer, was facing long checkout lines at peak times in its One New Change store in central London, one of its highest-performing locations globally. MishiPay was brought in to improve the customer journey and reduce queuing, with no development work or hardware investment required from Mango.

MishiPay implemented Mango Fast Pay, a white-labeled mobile self-checkout app available on iOS, Android, and web, letting shoppers scan and pay on their phones. To support Mango’s hard-tag loss prevention process, MishiPay also created a Fast Pay desk for tag removal and purchase verification. The solution delivered a significant reduction in average checkout time, reached 43% peak penetration of daily transactions, and earned a 4.8/5 in-app user rating.
