Goldco, a multi-unit Burger King operator with 46 restaurants in Florida, was seeking a better way to manage performance after a major reorganization and staff restructuring. The company needed a dashboard and reporting system that could drill down by cashier, moment, and ticket, and help them track key operational metrics more effectively than their back-office system could. Mirus was selected to provide restaurant scorecard and report writing capabilities.
Mirus implemented its analytics and scorecard tools, including Enterprise and Tier, to combine data from multiple systems, automate reports, and track performance against green/yellow/red thresholds. As a result, Goldco improved visibility into sales, labor, speed of service, financials, and guest feedback, increased net sales by 8%, and reduced product line variance from 1.5% to 1.0% of net sales by better identifying theft and fraud.
