Kainos Capital worked with MirrorWeb after experiencing repeated poor support from a previous archiving supplier and lacking confidence that they could produce audit-ready records at a moment’s notice. They also needed a reliable way to show any changes made to their website within the previous 24 hours, but their former vendor’s reports were inaccurate and forced constant manual checking of archives and the live site.

MirrorWeb implemented an onboarding process that tested overnight website captures to ensure no changes occurred during crawling, and it added a daily change email based on crawl logs and reports. MirrorWeb now captures, stores, indexes, and enables search and replay of Kainos Capital’s archives, while also sending daily change reports with both HTML change details and heat-mapped visuals showing where updates occurred.
