A Mirro Case Study
eMAG, the biggest online shop in Central and Eastern Europe, faced a challenge with its outdated 360-feedback process, which failed to provide employees with the clarity, appreciation, and meaningful feedback needed to support the company's rapid growth. To address this, they sought a new performance management solution and partnered with the vendor Mirro and its performance management platform.
Mirro worked closely with eMAG to implement its all-in-one platform, enabling a new continuous performance framework called S.T.E.P.S. This solution integrated objectives, feedback, recognition, and flexible bi-annual evaluation campaigns. The results were significant, including a 63% response rate in their first major campaign with over 2,500 evaluations completed. The implementation also correlated with measurable improvements in understanding company strategy (+8 NPS), transparency on team goals (+2 NPS), and feelings of appreciation and feedback from managers (each +3 NPS).
