This documented knowledge, which could include Miro boards, notes, or videos, was then shared in real-time via platforms like Slack and stored in a centralized, searchable repository. As a result of this process shift championed by Miro, Hugo’s team became more aligned, informed, and effective, with all members having greater context and access to the information needed to be productive.
