La Mobilière, Switzerland’s oldest private insurance company, needed a better way to manage a highly complex PI Planning process across 1,500 distributed agile specialists and multiple cross-functional departments. To support its digital insurance product development, the team turned to Miro, using its Planner and Dependencies apps to improve planning, coordination, and visibility.

With Miro, La Mobilière created a single visual source of truth for PI Planning, synced work with Jira, and made dependencies, tasks, and responsibilities easier to manage. The results were significant: up to 3 days saved in setup time per planning session, up to 30 hours saved in manual preparation and follow-up, and planning meetings that were reported as about 50% more efficient, more accurate, and more engaging.
