A Miro Case Study
Infinite Red, Inc., a fully remote mobile and web studio of about 25 designers and engineers, needed a reliable way to run productive brainstorming sessions across distributed teams and clients. To solve that challenge they adopted Miro—using Miro boards for sticky-note brainstorming and even a Miro Marketplace countdown-timer extension—to replicate in-person ideation and keep remote sessions focused and inclusive.
Using Miro, Infinite Red structured sessions with a clear goal statement, a neutral moderator, “How might we…” prompts, 5‑minute timeboxes (shown on the Miro timer), and post-session grouping of ideas into seven categories, then assigned concrete next steps. The Miro-enabled process helped them turn Infinite Red Academy from concept to code, accelerate multiple client app launches, and grow their React Native conference into one of the largest in the U.S., while improving remote collaboration, participation, and project momentum.
