A Miro Case Study
Hewlett Packard (HP) faced the challenge of making its global hybrid teams more agile, inclusive, and customer-focused. To roll out new ways of working and achieve sustainable behavioral change, its Learning and Development team needed a tool that could provide an equitable, engaging, and seamless collaboration experience for all employees, regardless of their location or work style. HP chose Miro to be that digital workspace.
Using Miro's enterprise platform, HP created a custom workshop template that was duplicated thousands of times, providing each team with its own secure space to collaborate. The solution scaled efficiently using Miro Developer Tools to automate board creation and distribution. The results were highly positive, with approximately 15,000 employees participating in the voluntary training and 94% of the over 4,000 feedback pieces expressing a positive sentiment. Miro was widely adopted across the organization, becoming the go-to tool for fostering more inclusive and efficient collaboration and helping HP move closer to its vision.
