Unbounce, a drag-and-drop landing page builder, needed to coordinate a complex cross-team campaign — Just Add Talent — while its marketing team was split across multiple cities. To explain complicated user journeys, data flows and a cyclical social contest sequence to both internal stakeholders and external partners, Unbounce adopted Miro’s online collaborative whiteboard as a core planning tool.
Unbounce used Miro to draw and share three detailed project maps, attach Google Docs and images, edit in real time with teammates and partners, and export high-resolution diagrams instead of photographing physical whiteboards. Miro helped streamline collaboration, speed up edits, and improve stakeholder alignment, enabling smoother planning and execution of the Just Add Talent launch.
