Case Study: Twill Logistics digitizes freight forwarding and accelerates product development with Miro

A Miro Case Study

Preview of the Twill Logistics Case Study

How Twill Logistics is transforming freight forwarding

Twill Logistics, a Maersk‑backed startup in the Netherlands, set out to modernize an old‑fashioned freight‑forwarding industry that depended heavily on manual email, phone and paper workflows. To digitize processes, improve shipment visibility for small and medium shippers, and speed product development, Twill adopted Miro’s online whiteboard for research, prototyping and cross‑team collaboration.

By using Miro, Twill consolidated interview findings, created shared boards and frames, ran prototypes and gathered same‑day comments across regions—reducing slide exports and cut down on email back‑and‑forth. Miro enabled faster iteration and clearer cross‑functional communication; customers such as Randa Accessories report improved visibility of shipments and Twill has accelerated feature development (for example the Customer Care Dashboard) through more efficient user testing and feedback.
