Instapage, a SaaS landing-page platform, struggled with fractured collaboration across distributed teams—relying on screenshots, long Google Docs, Slack threads and video calls that slowed design decisions and made it hard to scale landing page production. To solve this communication pain, Instapage trialed Miro’s virtual whiteboard and collaboration tools to bring more precision to feedback and cross‑functional coordination.
Using Miro’s canvas (including image @mentions and flexible layout), Instapage centralized feedback, reduced meetings and sped up iteration, then launched an in‑product collaboration workflow so users can comment in one place on landing pages. The result: Instapage is 20% faster at deciding on design changes, has shipped multiple large releases more efficiently, and continues to rely on Miro for future projects.
