How Sopra Steria Uses Miro to Align Teams and Drive Cloud Transformation Success

Sopra Steria, a European technology consulting firm and AWS Advanced Tier Partner, needed to help an enterprise customer migrate from a large on-premises environment to AWS without disrupting operations. The challenge was balancing faster cloud transformation with organizational adaptability, while identifying risks such as migration bottlenecks, legacy integration issues, and cross-team disruptions. Miro was used to support the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) workshop process.

Miro implemented a hybrid AWS CAF workshop using an Miro template, enabling remote and in-person participation, anonymous feedback, and Jira-based action planning. The result was engagement from 150 stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams, elimination of travel requirements, up to one week saved in workshop preparation, and about 70% faster insight generation through AI-powered theme grouping. Sopra Steria also reported stronger alignment between business and technology and earlier identification of migration risks and priorities.
