How SEEK Asia is building services for a booming job market

SEEK Asia, the region’s leading online employment marketplace operating brands like JobStreet, jobsDB, Jora and WorkAbroad, faced the challenge of scaling product development and staying agile across more than 1,100 employees distributed across multiple Asian markets. To build next‑generation mobile and web experiences while working around unstable internet connections and fragmented communication tools, SEEK Asia adopted collaborative tools including Miro to support remote Agile workflows and cross‑location coordination.

SEEK Asia implemented Miro’s endless canvas for daily standups, design reviews, workshops and executive alignment, using real‑time collaboration, comments, sticky notes and photo-to-post‑it conversion to bring offline whiteboards online. According to the team, Miro cut design iteration cycles by about half, shortened alignment and decision timelines from months to weeks, reduced business travel, and improved cross‑location collaboration—helping SEEK Asia make faster decisions and stay competitive.
