How SapientNitro takes an experience-led approach to transform organizations

SapientNitro, an experience-led agency, faced the challenge of designing and scaling complex digital transformation programs that require senior‑level buy‑in and tight collaboration across marketing, UX, product, IT, legal and more. To manage this complexity and keep work fluid and visual, SapientNitro used Miro’s universal whiteboarding tool as their core platform for service design and cross‑functional workshops.

Using Miro, SapientNitro built and iterated service blueprints, micro‑journey briefs and vision storyboards, running phase‑by‑phase workshops, capturing outputs live and turning working files into deliverable‑grade PDFs (one recent project produced 93 elements that became a 93‑page PDF). Miro became the single source of truth, enabling real‑time collaboration across designers and stakeholders, producing high‑quality deliverables that secured executive buy‑in and guided hundreds of stakeholders across the transformation program.
